Main Space can be sectioned off or easily connected to other spaces on the ground floor thanks to our flexible canvas curtain tracking system. Concrete floors, upgraded electrical, A/C, Heat.
Bar and Lounge
Features: 2150 Sq Ft. Sliding door can be opened in bar area if desired. Lounge area can be sectioned off from Main Space or used as an extension of the Main Space thanks to our flexible canvas curtain tracking system. Concrete floors, upgraded electrical, A/C, Heat.
2nd Floor
Features: One of a kind loft space with an abundance of natural light and windows (this is our favorite room at FRANKIE). Private restroom.
Main Restrooms
Features: Custom built 24 ft long bench with electrical outlets to charge all those phones, 7 individual stalls, a full size mirror, 3 sinks and an ultra quiet hand dryer.
